It's early September and for most of us, that means it's school time again. Some of us have been in school already for a while, but if your college is like mine, this is about your second week or third week of school. Now, I don't know how it is at your school, but at mine, the beginning of the year is one of my least favorite times. Sure you get to see old friends, but registering for classes, running around to see administrators and teachers, trying to get overrides, finding out the class you need is full, buying hundreds of dollars worth of books - all adds up to massive levels of stress.
Just recently a friend of mine had to go to the financial aide office because they lost the records of her scholarships and grants so she wasn't financially cleared and they dropped all her classes! They tell us the college experience is supposed to prepare us for the "real world" but if someone in the "real world" told me they couldn't find my paycheck and the repo-man was coming to take my car or something away, I can guarantee you
somebody would be getting sued! So, if you see this and can emphasize, comment below, what are some of your back-to-school experiences? Let's run!
